When you book direct on koakea.com or meritagecollection.com, we can assure you that you are getting the best rates at any Meritage Collection hotel or resort. If you find a better rate on another site, we will match it. We assure you that you will always receive the best rate available when you book directly with us.
How does it work? Follow these simple steps:
Make a reservation through any official Meritage Collection reservation channel (meritagecollection.com or directly with any Meritage Collection hotel or resort).
If you find a lower rate for the same hotel, same room type, and same reservation dates on a non-Meritage Collection website (“Comparison Rate”) you may submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim.
If you find a lower rate for the same hotel within 24 hours of making your reservation we will match the room rate for that hotel stay and give you a non-refundable, non-transferable $25 resort credit for use during your stay.
