The Spa at Ko'a Kea

Advance reservations are highly recommended to ensure your preferred time, treatment type and therapist. To make an appointment, please call (808) 742-4277 or book online. Couples experiences must be booked via phone. All spa services must be guaranteed with a credit card.

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This ensures we can start on time and allows you to relax before your treatment. All services will conclude at the designated time to accommodate the next guest.

The Spa at Ko'a Kea is located at Ko'a Kea Resort on the second floor above the lobby, next to the fitness center. Please check in at the spa for all services, except for our oceanfront cabana massages.

If you’ve booked an oceanfront cabana massage, your therapist will meet you directly at the ocean front cabana on the south side of our property, next to Building D.

Hotel guests are welcome to wear their robes to their spa appointment. Alternatively, changing rooms are available for your comfort.

Please note that appointments cancelled 24 or more hours prior to their start time do not incur cancellation fees. Cancelling within 24 hours before the appointment or “no showing” will be billed the total amount of the scheduled appointment.

A 20% service charge is added to all services for your convenience. Any additional gratuities are optional but always appreciated.

Please state a preference for a male or female therapist at the time of reservation. Please advise us of any medical conditions, special needs or if you are pregnant.

To preserve relaxation and privacy for all guests, please turn off your cell phones, cameras, and all other electronic devices while in the spa.
