Chef Cary Roy brings over 15 years of culinary experience to your plate, with a wealth of knowledge crafting unique dishes to perfection and five years in Hawaii that ignited his passion for the finest sushi and seafood. Chef Cary is thrilled to be back in Kauai and lead the team at Red Salt, where his deep experience and creative vision elevate every dish.
